Here at Department of Cardio-Respiratory Physiotherapy, variety of breathing Strategies and Ventilatory Techniques are offered under the therapeutic Breathwork Training which refers to the practice of consciously controlling client breathing to improve physical, mental, and emotional well-being. It includes a variety of techniques, each with specific purposes—ranging from stress reduction and improved focus to trauma release and energy enhancement.

A Cardiac Endurance Physiotherapy Program

We also offer variety of structured exercise and rehabilitation plan developed by physiotherapists to restore cardiovascular endurance safely in individuals with heart disease or those recovering from cardiac events. It's often part of Phase II or III cardiac rehab, focusing on aerobic capacity, safety, and gradual progression.

Pulmonary Rehabilitation Physiotherapy

A Myofascial release facility offered in the Physiotherapy Department Clinical Wing “is a specialized clinic that focuses on treating myofascial pain and dysfunction using hands-on techniques”. These facilities often cater to people with chronic pain, postural imbalances, sports injuries, or mobility restrictions due to tight or damaged fascia (the connective tissue that surrounds muscles).
